Who can forget the amazing Lord of the Rings books written by J.R.R. Tolkien? Not only the books but the movies based on these books also gained much fame and won a great number of Oscars. Such is the work of J.R.R Tolkien that keeps us spellbound even in The Hobbit which is considered to be one of the best works of Professor Tolkien. It was first published by George Allen and Unwin in 1937 and has been translated into more than 50 different languages and sold over 100 million copies which shows the popularity and fandom of the book and the author himself.
